Responsibilities

• Assemble composite and metallic components following detailed work instructions
• Accurately interpret and execute manufacturing work instructions and internal specifications
• Collaborate with team members and respond effectively to both written and verbal directions
• Maintain high attention to detail and ensure quality standards are met
• Manage tasks efficiently to meet production deadlines

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft applications
• Willingness to learn new software systems such as Costpoint CP and MES

Preferred Skills

• Mechanically inclined
• Familiarity with composite and metallic components
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
