[Responsibilities]
- Assemble composite and metallic components according to Manufacturing Work Instructions and internal specifications
- Interpret and follow both written and verbal directions with precision
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and production activities
- Operate and learn essential software systems, including Costpoint CP and MES
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals
- Demonstrate strong time management and uphold quality standards
[Required Skills and Experience]
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with Microsoft applications and willing to learn new software systems
[Preferred Skills]
- Mechanically inclined
- Familiarity with composite and metallic component assembly
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
