Manufacturing Technician II – Temp-to-Hire
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Stand-By Personnel is hiring a Manufacturing Technician II for an aerospace production environment. This role supports fabrication and assembly of precision components with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform fabrication, deburring, and assembly tasks
- Use hand tools and inspection equipment
- Read blueprints, work instructions, and process sheets
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Complete required production documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements
- 2–8 years of manufacturing or assembly experience
- Sheet metal or aerospace experience preferred
- Strong blueprint reading and mechanical skills
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Must pass drug screening (safety-sensitive role)
