Description

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician II
Location: Foxboro, MA (100% Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay Range: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour on W2
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.
  • Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams.
  • Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems.
  • May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing.
  • May participate in the analysis and correction of field returns or unusual test problems.
  • Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
  • May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
  • Collects and plots data related to statistical process control, and work with engineering, production operators and supervisors to improve efficiencies.
  • Uses the principles of 5S+ to ensure a clean and organized work area.

Must Have:
  • Experience with IPC610, PCB, Solder Training, Solder Certificate, Circuit Board
  • Typically requires a high school education or equivalent and one to three years of experience.
