Manufacturing Technician I – Temp-to-Hire
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $18.00–$25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Stand-By Personnel is hiring a Manufacturing Technician I to support fabrication and assembly in an aerospace production environment. This is a great entry-level opportunity with training and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic fabrication, deburring, and assembly tasks
- Use hand tools and inspection equipment
- Read work instructions, drawings, and blueprints
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Complete production documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 0–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Must pass drug screening (safety-sensitive position)
