    Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

    Contract Duration: 5 months, possible extension

    Location: Smyrna, GA

    Work Arrangement: Onsite

    Summary

    Upon joining our team as a Manufacturing Technician, you will be helping to assemble, test and rework mechanical assemblies as well as some electronics and electromechanical assemblies including sensors. The technician will preferably already have experience or is willing to learn basic hand-soldering skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Follow work instructions to assemble, test and rework mechanical components and assemblies.
    • Be willing to learn basic soldering skills for work on wires and wiring harnesses.
    • Frequent lifting of equipment and products (~5 pounds), occasional lifting of gear and equipment (up to 25 pounds).

    Qualifications

    • Direct experience in workshop or consumer electronics manufacturing environment assembling and testing mechanical components, electronics, or electro- mechanical assemblies.
    • Willingness to learn and have a can-do attitude
