Join a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing team as a Mechanical Technician C (2nd Shift, Contractor) in Londonderry, NH. As a fully proficient contributor in the Rework Department, you'll work under limited supervision, supporting production goals and resolving moderately complex issues. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians seeking impactful work with tangible results and pathways to skill development.
[Responsibilities]
- Perform mechanical rework and assembly tasks, adhering to established processes and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in straightforward production situations
- Communicate effectively across teams to obtain/provide technical information and collaborate on solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of work performed
- Serve as a resource for colleagues, sharing expertise and supporting team objectives
- Achieve operational targets, contributing to the overall success of the production team
[Required Skills and Experience]
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 8 years hands-on mechanical or manufacturing experience (or 4 years post-secondary/Associate's degree plus 3 years relevant experience)
- Proficient in mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and working with established procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
[Preferred Skills]
- Experience in rework or high-mix manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with process improvement initiatives
- Strong communication and documentation abilities

- Competitive hourly pay: $23.00/hour plus 10% shift differential
- Consistent schedule: 2nd shift, 4 days/week (Mon-Thu, 2:00pm-12:30am)
