You'll play a vital part in delivering quality products by supporting daily operations, collaborating with engineers, and gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge manufacturing processes. Responsibilities
- Assist engineers with equipment setup, calibration, and process adjustments to ensure smooth manufacturing operations
- Perform rework, inspections, and quality testing on parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies
- Operate and monitor sophisticated programs and equipment to collect and evaluate data for process improvement
- Follow established methods and procedures to control or modify manufacturing processes
- Support production experiments and document results as directed by engineering staff
- Escalate issues promptly to supervisors for resolution and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Required Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or technical environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Reliable communication skills for team-based tasks
- Comfort working in a supervised, structured environment
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with quality testing procedures
- Exposure to manufacturing equipment or data collection systems
- Interest in process improvement and technical troubleshooting
