Overview • This role is a technician/laborer position focused primarily on spraying sheets of material and packing them into boxes. General duties include assembly-related work and operation of equipment used for dispensing adhesive and testing materials. Equipment may include an adhesive sprayer, specifically the LOCTITE® RB40 200 D-Series Benchtop Dispensing Robot, a thermal tester, and a texture analyzer. The position does not include sanding. The position involves handling one adhesive and requires appropriate PPE, including a lab coat, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves, and hearing protection. Employees will spray sheets of material and pack them into boxes. The maximum lifting requirement is 50 lbs, although lifting 50 lbs is rare. A buddy system is in place, and carts or dollies may be used. The position does not require unloading or loading trucks. This role requires employees to be comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive hand movements.
