Manufacturing Technician – Assembly

Schedule: 4-day, 10-hour shift — 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay:$20.00/hour
Location: On-site

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. This position will focus primarily on assembly and manufacturing operations, ensuring products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and according to established quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.

• Follow established production schedules and meet daily production goals.

• Prepare and organize materials needed for assembly and production.

• Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Use hand tools, measuring devices, and other equipment as required.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and make minor adjustments to equipment when needed.

• Complete production paperwork and accurately document work performed.

• Record lot numbers, quantities, and other required production information.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.

• Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining productivity and quality.

• Identify and report any product or equipment issues to the appropriate supervisor.

• Follow company quality standards, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred.

• Experience using hand tools or basic manufacturing equipment is a plus.

• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

• Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on assembly work.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
