Pay Rate: $23.81–$28.98/hr | Weekly Pay + Medical, Vision & Dental
Contract: 9 Months | Potential for Extension

Job Overview:
Support the Process & Compliance team and HTO Manufacturing by driving process improvements that enhance quality, reliability, efficiency, compliance, and standard work within aseptic manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support product transfers, new equipment/process start-ups, manufacturing readiness, equipment setup, engineering runs, and process documentation.
• Drive process optimization and improvement projects to enhance operational performance and reliability.
• Manage technical changes, CAPAs, planned events, training, documentation, and validation activities.
• Own deviations and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and structured problem-solving investigations.
• Review and approve technical, operational, quality, validation, and manufacturing documentation.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing operations and frontline teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with aseptic manufacturing, biologics processing, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of aseptic processing equipment, validation, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with deviations, CAPAs, Root Cause Analysis, and remediation plans.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, technical documentation, and process improvement skills.
