    Duties:

    • This is your opportunity. You'll join the team in Process/Production, setting up and operating fabrication processes and equipment, assembling and testing assemblies and products.
    • Duties may be related to production, materials handling, manufacturing process support, test and rework and quality inspection.
    • Produces set-ups and adjustments to equipment or production processes. Determines and/or follows techniques and operations in the fabrication, assembly and testing of assemblies.

    Skills:
    Desirable Skills:
    • Experience with precision manufacturing or micro-assemblies.
    • Strong attention to detail and steady hand for delicate work.
    • Ability to follow strict procedures and documentation requirements.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Willingness to learn new procedures and adapt to shifting priorities.
    • Operate specialized equipment such as oven, furnaces, leak testers, microscopes, and precision tools.
    • Able to sit or stand for long periods of time.

    Education:
    • May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
