Transition Opportunity: Temp-to-perm role with the potential to convert to a permanent position after a few months.

Supplier Engagement: Site tours are strongly encouraged for suppliers with local representation.

Individuals who like to build stuff from scratch using work instructions, technical documents and the assistance of experienced team members.
People who enjoy different activities in their job from day to day.
People who enjoy working with their hands and using tools such as drills, tape measures, wire cutters, wire stripers.

Skill Set/Knowledge/Expertise
Position requires the ability to be self-motivated and the capability to work independently and in groups.
Basic computer operating experience.
The ability and willingness to work overtime.
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 
The ability to use small hand and power tools as well as measuring devices.
The ability to maintain appropriate cleanliness in a clean manufacturing environment.
Schematic and print reading are a plus.

Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Responsibilities
Performs basic equipment electro-mechanical assembly.
Uses work instructions,  mechanical diagrams, and/or verbal instructions to complete work.
Works within appropriate cleanliness, quality, material handling and safety procedures.
Performs quality checks
Adheres to requirements for personal protective equipment (PPE) and all safety rules. (Safety Glasses and hard toed footwear. These will be provided if necessary)
Operates basic computer programs as necessary to perform work.
Completes required documentation as assigned.
Packages & prepares equipment for shipment as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned and/or as necessary to meet the needs of internal and external customer
