Day Shift (Training): Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Evening Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Job Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Hands-on experience using hand and power tools
Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
Experience leading teams on the production floor in a working lead or similar role preferred
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and team-building skills
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and safety
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Experience training and onboarding new employees
