    We are currently seeking a dedicated, outgoing, hands-on Team Lead to help keep our production floor running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this role, you’ll lead a growing crew, support daily workflow, coach team members, and help build a positive, accountable team culture.

    Work hours are Monday through Thursday, 4:30 pm to 3:00 AM, with occasional Friday hours, when necessary to meet our customer demands.

    What You’ll Do:
    • Lead a team of 20+ full-time and temporary employees.
    • Set the standard for safety, quality, cleanliness, and organization.
    • Plan daily workflow, communicate priorities, and track team performance.
    • Train and onboard new hires so they understand their roles and expectations.
    • Coach employees day to day and share clear feedback with management.
    • Support production efficiency and help keep operations running strong.
    • Encourage a positive, accountable team culture.

    What You Bring:
    We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable leading people in a fast-paced production environment.
    • 1+ years of shop Team Lead experience; Compression molding experience is a plus.
    • Strong leadership, organization, communication, and time-management skills.
    • Ability to adapt to change, stay calm under pressure, and work well in a demanding environment.
    • Professional, positive, self-motivated, and dependable.
    • Good understanding of company policies, procedures, equipment, safety expectations, production targets, and staffing needs.
    • Experience communicating with Account Coordinators, management, and team members about customer needs and department priorities.
    • Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement projects.
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with Teams and SharePoint preferred.
    • MRP system experience, including issuing, returning, salvaging, transferring, and receiving material to inventory.
    • Basic HR-related experience preferred, including interviewing, attendance management, disciplinary write-ups, worker respect, injury response, and emergency/safety training.
    • Drug screen and background check required.
