Manufacturing Systems Technician

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Technical Field; Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage
• 3+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing environment such as robotics, semiconductor equipment, biotech production
• Microsoft Office, Excel; Data Collection and evaluation
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly procedures as it relates to components, subassemblies, and electromechanical systems
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, documentation, and troubleshooting guides
• Experience creating manufacturing methods based on engineering drawings or diagrams
• Strong communication skills; previous leadership or mentorship of technicians, assemblers is an advantage
  Responsibilities:
• Assist in the manufacturing operations for components and final systems
• Analyze operator data in order to make adjustments in the production line or to necessary parts, equipment
• Set-up and calibration of manufacturing equipment
• Collected operating data of equipment to determine what adjustments are needed for systems
• Create technical reports to share with engineering team to address technical issues and defects in manufacturing processes
