Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Technical Field; Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage
3+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing environment such as robotics, semiconductor equipment, biotech production
Microsoft Office, Excel; Data Collection and evaluation
Understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly procedures as it relates to components, subassemblies, and electromechanical systems
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, documentation, and troubleshooting guides
Experience creating manufacturing methods based on engineering drawings or diagrams
Strong communication skills; previous leadership or mentorship of technicians, assemblers is an advantage Responsibilities:
Assist in the manufacturing operations for components and final systems
Analyze operator data in order to make adjustments in the production line or to necessary parts, equipment
Set-up and calibration of manufacturing equipment
Collected operating data of equipment to determine what adjustments are needed for systems
