• Own full vehicle assembly line design, from initial concept to line stabilization.
• Define the architecture that integrates feeder cells seamlessly into the main line.
• Reconfigure facility layouts to accelerate material movement and operator efficiency.
• Expose and remove bottlenecks using observation, data analysis, and rapid trials.
• Build scalable production models that enable volume growth.
• Model cost-per-unit and optimize labor to inform investment and staffing choices.
• Develop Level I–II IEs through hands-on mentoring and method coaching.
