Work Type: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift - 12 Hours Shift - 2- 3- 2 schedule after training

Summary

The Manufacturing Support Technician / Production Support Material Handler is responsible for supporting Supply Chain and Materials Management operations within a cGMP manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maintaining production supplies, inventory control, SAP material transactions, autoclaving, material decontamination, and goods movement while ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). The position also supports cleanroom operations by transferring materials into classified production areas and requires cross-training across multiple operational functions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain production supplies and stock materials for daily manufacturing operations.
  • Follow all safety procedures with a Safety First mindset.
  • Support material movement from controlled non-classified (CNC) areas into classified cleanroom production areas.
  • Operate GMP Autoclaves to sterilize production supplies and documentation.
  • Perform SAP material transactions and inventory movements accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Decontaminate materials before entry into production areas.
  • Perform physical material transfers to support manufacturing operations.
  • Complete on-the-job training (OJT) for operational equipment.
  • Participate in ongoing cross-training to support multiple production support functions.
  • Perform additional production support duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Should have experience working in a cleanroom/cGMP manufacturing environment in either industry or academic background.
  • Hands-on autoclaving experience, preferably with GMP autoclaves.
  • SAP experience with material movements, inventory transactions, or warehouse operations is highly desired.
  • Experience with inventory control and material handling.
  • Knowledge of cGMP regulations, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and SOP compliance.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to cross-train across multiple operational areas.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality compliance.
