Our facility in Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for a level 3 Material Requirements Planner (MRP) to join our mission. As our MRP you will provide critical support to production, business, and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, team‑based manufacturing environment. The role ensures that program milestones and key delivery dates are met by coordinating parts availability, forecasting, and material flow using the Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) and SAP ERP. You will also drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, facilitate self‑directed work teams, and deliver training in core manufacturing skills.
Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will...
AreaPrimary DutiesProgram & Milestone Management• Track and meet critical program dates, milestone deliverables, and launch schedules.• Proactively identify schedule risks and implement corrective actions to keep programs on‑track.Materials Planning & Forecasting• Generate and maintain accurate parts forecasts in SAP, ensuring alignment with production demands.• Manage part replenishment and inventory levels through the ASRS, coordinating inbound/outbound movements.Stakeholder Coordination• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Scheduling, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to confirm that the right parts are delivered at the right time.Production Planning & Control• Develop daily and weekly production plans, monitor execution, and adjust priorities as needed.• Conduct root‑cause analysis of material shortages or bottlene‑downs and drive corrective actions.
