Standard Job Description
This Manufacturing Support Team Member will perform as a Processing Supervisor for Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Missile/Reentry production, leading a team of represented employees. This position provides technical, safety, and security oversight of Ballistic Missile processing activities as a Supervisor in the Limited Area at Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
The selected candidate will participate in the Navy''s Personnel Reliability and Nuclear Weapon Radiological Controls Programs (PRP and RADCON). PRP requires applicant to submit to careful screening, selection, and continuous evaluation process to ensure only those demonstrating the highest degree of individual reliability, trustworthiness, personal conduct, and integrity are selected. The Manufacturing Support Team Member will consistently monitor employee activity against PRP standards and will be able to obtain and maintain a top secret security clearance.
This position may require travel for less than 10% of year.
