Overview We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production operations and drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role is key to fostering a culture of continuous improvement through Lean manufacturing and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily production to meet schedule, efficiency, and throughput targets
Champion a zero-incident safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance
Drive Lean initiatives (5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Kaizen)
Monitor KPIs (SQDCM) and implement improvements to meet targets
Ensure adherence to quality standards;lead root cause analysis (DMAIC, 5 Whys)
Supervise, coach, and develop team leads and operators
Conduct Gemba walks and lead daily tier meetings
Partner with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Maintenance)
What You’ll Bring
3–5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
Strong Lean / Continuous Improvement background
Experience leading Kaizen or CI events
Knowledge of quality systems (PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
