We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team and oversee daily production activities. This role is responsible for maintaining safe and efficient operations while meeting quality, productivity, cost, and production goals.
Lead and support production employees through clear communication and direction.
Monitor daily production, quality, efficiency, and waste performance.
Develop action plans to improve productivity and reduce scrap and waste.
Support equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
Assist with employee scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance management.
Coordinate with other departments to support production and customer requirements.
Support process improvements, product trials, and other operational initiatives.
Coach, mentor, and develop employees.
Participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
