Job Requirements:

• Lead and develop the manufacturing team by coaching, motivating, assigning work, managing performance, and building a positive, productive relationship with employees and union personnel.
• Drive daily production performance by managing staffing, schedules, workflow, productivity, and resources to meet production priorities and customer demands.
• Champion safety and quality by enforcing company standards, reviewing production and quality data, addressing issues, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized facility.
• Coordinate plant operations by partnering with maintenance, quality, shipping, and other departments to resolve issues, minimize disruptions, and keep production moving.
• Improve overall performance by analyzing shift results, communicating production updates, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and identifying opportunities to make the operation better.

$75,000k-$85,000k Salary
Rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and off-shifts as business needs require
