This role is critical to maintaining safety, quality, and productivity while developing a high-performing production team.Position OverviewThe Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities on a fixed 12-hour shift in a 24/7 manufacturing operation. This hands-on individual will provide strong floor leadership, support continuous improvement efforts, and ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.
