Position Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots, provides immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitates the changeover of production lines
Will operate production equipment to produce a quality product that meets performance standards
Must perform all work assignments safely and as directed by management
Will also operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner as well as perform line cleanup during production shifts
- As part of the selection process, candidates must successfully pass a technical skills assessment evaluating foundational maintenance knowledge, safety practices, manufacturing fundamentals, equipment awareness, preventive maintenance support, documentation, and basic troubleshooting skills. Additional job-related technical knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and role-specific competencies may also be assessed based on operational needs, equipment, systems, and facility requirements.
