    Shape the flow of production at Image Industries

    As a Manufacturing Scheduling & Inventory Control Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat that keeps materials, schedules, and information moving in sync across our shop floor and our customers.

    A day in the life

    Morning: You’ll review open work orders, align the daily and weekly build plan, and verify material availability. If anything is short, you’ll initiate timely purchases of raw materials and coordinate with vendors to close gaps.

    Midday: You’ll partner with Operations and Production to confirm capacity and priorities, while staying in close contact with Customer Service to provide clear order-status updates and delivery timelines.

    Afternoon: You’ll coordinate inbound receiving and outbound shipments, reconcile paperwork, and update ERP records so production and inventory data stay accurate and current.

    What you will own

    • Build and adjust production schedules and work orders to meet commitments
    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are on-hand when needed
    • Source and purchase raw materials; collaborate with suppliers on lead times and deliveries
    • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to keep product moving
    • Maintain precise production and inventory records within ERP
    • Provide customers with order status and delivery updates
    • Work closely with Operations, Production, and Customer Service to align priorities

    Qualifications

    • Background in manufacturing preferred
    • Exceptional organization and communication abilities
    • Experience in inventory control, production planning, purchasing, or ERP platforms is a plus
    • Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
