Your Impact

- Support teammates on the floor and share knowledge to strengthen the whole crew.
What You’ll Need
- 3–5 years in industrial maintenance; plastics manufacturing exposure preferred.
- Proven capability with mechanical and electrical maintenance plus PLCs, VFDs, and servo systems.
- Comfort diagnosing pneumatics and hydraulics.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus.
- Your own tools, used safely and effectively.
- Strong customer focus, teamwork, written and verbal communication, planning, judgment, motivation, organization, professionalism, quality, safety, adaptability, attendance, punctuality, dependability, and initiative.
