You’ll bring together teams across engineering, operations, legal, and R&D while engaging with government agencies to keep our U.S. facilities fully compliant and future-ready.

    • Targeted guidance and training on EHS, labor, and quality management regulations for cross-functional teams.
    • Policies, procedures, and documentation that sustain ongoing compliance.
    • Investigations into potential violations and leadership of corrective action plans through closure.
    • Continuous monitoring of the regulatory landscape affecting Foxconn’s U.S. operations.
    • Collaboration with R&D and manufacturing to embed compliance into product development and production processes.
    • Preparation and submission of permits, reports, and required documentation to government entities.
    • Representation of Foxconn during inspections, reviews, and industry compliance forums.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a Juris Doctor (JD) required.
