$80,000 annual / In office position
What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, skilled trades, technical, and professional positions
Source and place specialized manufacturing and machinist talent in hard-to-fill roles
Partner with hiring managers and operations leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, trade schools, referrals, and community partnerships
Screen resumes, conduct phone and onsite interviews, and manage candidate communications throughout the process
Maintain candidate activity in an ATS and track key metrics including time-to-fill and candidate flow
Stay current on labor market trends in manufacturing and skilled trades
What You Bring
3+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades environments
Familiarity with precision manufacturing terminology and hard-to-fill technical roles strongly preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as Indeed or LinkedIn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred; equivalent experience considered
