Job Title: Manufacturing Quality Technician
Location: Saxonburg, PA 16056
Duration: 6 Months
Job Type: Temporary Assignment
Work Type: Onsite
Job Description:
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), good manufacturing practices (GMP), traceability and material review board (MRB).
- Ability to work independently with little direction on day-to-day decisions and work direction
- Ability to perform all automated testing techniques and requirements
- Established Communication skills with the ability to utilize applicable terminology. Interpersonal skills to interact professionally and constructively with the lead, supervisor and coworkers to enhance teamwork and to foster positive working relationships.
- Supporting production or quality control inspections in the Manufacturing Areas.
- Works with production supervisor and/or engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggests improvements
- Appropriate attention to detail and understanding of continuous improvement/lean initiatives
Training:
- To support Group Lead/Process Coordinator with training needs.
- Guidance is given to new trainees and assemblers on complicated aspects of the assembly work Paperwork
- Maintain accurate records/documentation related to quality, work in progress, test results, labor and special products.
- Data collection
Testing:
- Testing product as required.
- Performing Quality Control measurements and functions.
- Support New product Builds
- High school diploma/GED is required.
