Must Haves:
- Basics math and computer skills (Must Have)
- Ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures (Must Have)
- Detailed oriented, quality conscious, and an aptitude for maintaining records (Must Have)
- High School Diploma or GED required (Must Have)

Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to read prints and graphs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and desire to work in a team orientated environment
- Ability to identify production or quality issues
- Ability to routinely work with small parts
- Must be a good team player, be open to change, and work well with others
- 0-2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
