    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality protocols.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and develop action plans for corrective measures.
    • Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
    • Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
    • Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and maintain certification.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, Master's degree preferred
    • 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proficient in quality tools and methodologies, including root cause analysis and statistical process control.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Leadership experience with a proven track record of driving quality improvements.
