We're looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a real impact on our production floor.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with product teams to develop standardized procedures and documentation that ensure consistent, high-quality, and low-cost manufacturing.
  • Provide technical support for capital equipment planning and implementation.
  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes and tooling for both current production and new product launches.
  • Lead APQP teams and continuous improvement initiatives using the Project Launch Guide and Autocam Production System (APS).
  • Create and maintain accurate process documentation, work instructions, and cost standards.
  • Accurately quote new parts and update existing customer quotes.
  • Train operators on machine operations, SPC, document interpretation, and process improvement.
  • Interpret technical drawings and apply GD&T principles.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).

What You Bring:

  • BS degree in Engineering or equivalent technical training with 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation, cost estimation, and manufacturing software systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Experience with APQP, GD&T, and lean manufacturing principles.

Physical & Work Environment:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule averaging around 50 hours per week.
  • Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments, with exposure to noise and oil.
  • Ability to lift to 30 lbs. and perform tasks requiring close and distance vision.
