    Title: Manufacturing QA Technician
    Location: Clackamas, OR 97015
    Duration: 6 months with possible extensions

    Shift: 3rd shift Work Schedule
    Sunday 6pm - 6am
    Monday through Thursday 7:30 pm - 6am.

    Job Description:
    • As a Quality Assurance Tech at our milk plant, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
    • Your duties will include conducting inspections of raw materials, monitoring production processes, and performing various tests to verify compliance with quality standards.
    • You'll also be tasked with documenting findings, reporting any issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in upholding our reputation for delivering top-quality milk products to our customers.

    Main responsibilities:
    • Conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials and finished milk products.
    • Perform regular inspections of production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Monitor and document equipment calibration and maintenance.
    • Collaborate with production teams to address any quality-related issues promptly.
    • Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits as needed.
    • Record and analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics.
    • Help in the development and execution of quality improvement initiatives.

    What we are searching for.
    • We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional relevant certifications are a plus.
    • Previous experience of 1 + years in quality assurance or a similar role in food production is preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
    • Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulations.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Good communication and documentation skills.
    • Flexibility to work the specified shift and occasionally on weekends if required.
