Manufacturing Project Manager

This role is responsible for leading manufacturing projects, supporting new product introductions (NPI), process improvements, and operational initiatives. Lead manufacturing projects from planning through implementation while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality and operational goals.

This role is responsible for leading manufacturing projects, supporting new product introductions (NPI), process improvements, and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have project management experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Hours and Pay:

2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 3:30pm - Midnight

$35-$40/hr

Primary Focus

Lead manufacturing projects from planning through implementation while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality and operational goals.

• Lead manufacturing projects from planning through completion.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

• Coordinate new product introductions (NPI) and manufacturing transfers.

• Support production ramp-ups, capacity expansion, and process improvements.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams.

• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.

• Monitor project performance related to cost, quality, productivity, and delivery.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
