    About the Role:

    To have a deep understanding of equipment layout and continuous processes and using this knowledge to support the broader organization in achieving process performance improvement.

    Qualifications:

    Education: Engineering or other related process knowledge (required); Bachelor's degree in business or Engineering (required); Electrical background and Project management (required)

    Experience: 5 + years in technical role 5 + years Project Management required

    Areas of Knowledge: Equipment layout, parts sourcing, equipment repairs, NFPA, NEC, loss prevention and OSHA.

    Skills: Ability to train, organization, project layout and management, report writing, AutoCAD, project design & execution, substation design, troubleshooting, electrical design & load calculations.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Layout, design, acquire parts and manage new projects and equipment upgrades.

    • Drive improvements in our Capability and Technology of critical processes.

    • Serve as bridge between maintenance, production, engineering and technical when working on projects. Success is in part determined by:

    • Projects completed on time and within budget.

    • Added productivity out of processes (quality pounds added), reduction in downtime and quality related costs.

    • Adherence to cost, schedule, performance of shutdowns and outages.

    • Good plans in place for all outages and good communication of those plans...

    • Capex program planned and executed with a focus on reducing unsecured critical spares.

    • Support of Superintendent and General Superintendents in performing shop needs.
