Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour

Position Overview
A national grocery and food retail company seeks a Manufacturing Production Supervisor for a short-term onsite contract in Tempe, Arizona. This role oversees production line staff, enforces food safety standards, and maintains efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production line employees and coordinate shift activities
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet output targets
• Enforce GMP, food safety, and OSHA safety standards on the floor
• Identify and resolve equipment or process issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and document production results
• Report key production metrics to plant management

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Tempe, AZ

Preferred Qualifications

• Food or beverage manufacturing experience
• HACCP awareness or certification
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
