Manufacturing Production Supervisor | $33-$37/hr. | Monday-Friday Days
Auto-Chlor System is expanding our Memphis manufacturing facility, and were adding a second Production Supervisor to support our continued growth.
As weve added more assemblers, material handlers, and shipping personnel, weve outgrown a single-supervisor model. This position was created to support our growing team while improving leadership coverage and work-life balance.

Schedule
Monday-Friday
6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Approximately 45 hours per week
Pay
$33-$37/hour (based on experience)
What Youll Lead
10-20 production employees
Equipment Assemblers
Material Handlers
Shipping & Receiving
Responsibilities
Lead the team building commercial dishwashers and chemical dispensing equipment
Coach and develop employees
Promote safety, quality, and efficiency
Identify process improvements
Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Inventory, and Shipping
Help create a respectful, team-oriented culture
