Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure smooth production.
- Load and unload plastic components from production equipment.
- Visually inspect products for defects and ensure quality specifications are met.
- Perform trimming, sorting, assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished products.
- Conduct routine quality checks throughout the production process.
- Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation.
- Work with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Report equipment issues, defective products, or safety concerns to supervisors.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or plastic injection molding is preferred but not required.
- Dependable individuals with strong attendance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive movements.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well with others.
