This Manufacturing Production Operator opportunity offers hands-on work supporting production of new and existing products under cGMP standards.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Production Operator position include:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a production environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (process technology degree or equivalent preferred).
- Ability to work onsite in Arcadia, including Monday-Friday training from 8 AM–4 PM, followed by 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.
- Ability to accommodate varying shift patterns and overtime as production plans change.
- Ability to safely operate mechanized equipment, including lift trucks, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
- Operate process equipment by adding ingredients, packaging products, and cleaning equipment in accordance with SOPs and cGMPs.
- Maintain batch documentation by completing Manufacturing Performance Report (MPR) entries, cleaning records, logbooks, withdrawal sheets, and other paperwork.
- Monitor production progress through equipment readings, particle evaluation with a microscope, and in-process testing; communicate delays, equipment problems, or deviations to the shift team lead.
Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour.
