Contract Role | Manufacturing / Production Lead in Union OH
4 months contract with possible extension
Pay Range: $21 -24/hour on w2 (All Inclusive)
Multiple Shifts: Candidate should be Flexible- multiple shifts
Thursday-Sunday 1st shift 8: 00-6: 30pm and 2nd shift 7: 00pm-5: 30am

Job Description:
- Ensure production quality meets specifications. Communicate issues to supervisor and area manager. Ensure line is running efficiently
- Provides mentoring to leads, promotes mentoring of staff. Makes work priority list for personnel for utilization of time/capabilities
- Coordinate the flow of products through the department
- Manage the quality, availability and affordability of the product line
- Assign workers to line positions as per play sheet, rotate workers throughout shift
- Manages all production line functions and resources to meet quality, cost and schedule
- Make sure workers are performing duties according to play sheet. Communicate with supervisor to improve line performance
- Help admin perform changeover procedure. Work on line only to temporarily cover position if required
- General Education
- Experience on manufacturing line
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving and attention to detail.
