Contract Role | Manufacturing / Production Lead in Union OH
4 months contract with possible extension
Pay Range: $21 -24/hour on w2 (All Inclusive)


Multiple Shifts: Candidate should be Flexible- multiple shifts
Thursday-Sunday 1st shift 8: 00-6: 30pm and 2nd shift 7: 00pm-5: 30am

Job Description:
  • Ensure production quality meets specifications. Communicate issues to supervisor and area manager. Ensure line is running efficiently
  • Provides mentoring to leads, promotes mentoring of staff. Makes work priority list for personnel for utilization of time/capabilities
  • Coordinate the flow of products through the department
  • Manage the quality, availability and affordability of the product line
  • Assign workers to line positions as per play sheet, rotate workers throughout shift
  • Manages all production line functions and resources to meet quality, cost and schedule
  • Make sure workers are performing duties according to play sheet. Communicate with supervisor to improve line performance
  • Help admin perform changeover procedure. Work on line only to temporarily cover position if required
Qualifications;
  • General Education
  • Experience on manufacturing line
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and attention to detail.
Skills- Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking

Must:
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to perform data analysis and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
