What you’ll tackle daily
- General production support across the line
- Feeding/catching, stacking, sorting, and packaging
- Palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and staging finished goods
- Material handling and movement throughout production
- Product checks; remove scrap and non-conforming items
- Team up with machine operators and production staff
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow GMP, food safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and quality rules
- Perform repetitive tasks while standing for long periods
- Lift up to approximately 50 lbs
Must-haves
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor preferred
- Dependable attendance and readiness to learn
- Comfort in a fast-paced setting with repetitive motion
- Ability to read and follow work and safety instructions
- Willingness to uphold GMP, safety, and quality policies
- Available for 12-hour shifts and Saturdays when needed; open to overtime
Schedule
- Typical shifts: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Times may adjust slightly by department and demand
- Saturday availability required per production needs
- Overtime opportunities based on demand
- Training on 1st shift (~1–2 weeks) before moving to assigned shift
Pay
- $18.00 per hour
- Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
- Overtime available based on production needs
