Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the disposition of nonconforming material, NCRs, and material-review-board activities, while ensuring clear documentation and timely escalation.
• Investigating manufacturing, supplier, and product-quality issues using structured root-cause methods such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, A3, or 8D.
• Supporting CAPA activities, corrective actions, effectiveness checks, and trend analysis.
• Monitoring manufacturing quality metrics and process performance to identify opportunities for containment, corrective action, and continuous improvement.
• Partnering with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams on process changes, validation support, and design-transfer activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, Quality, or a related engineering field.
• Proven experience in a structured manufacturing or quality assurance role within regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or product-quality environments with a focus on quality control.
• Strong knowledge of nonconformance/NCR, MRB, CAPA, root-cause analysis, FMEA, and basic quality tools.
• Excellent data analysis, issue prioritization, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience in medical device, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing sectors.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA QSR, SPC, Lean, or Six Sigma methodology.
