    Description: Position Overview

    We are seeking an individual with very good interpersonal and technical skills to lead the Product Change coordination activity.

    This person will be responsible for the product change management and will own the process including attending sessions to discuss these changes (CCD Meetings, Bulletin meetings, PMT, workshops, etc), coordinating with the manufacturing stakeholders the impact (or lack thereof) of these changes.

    The position will interact with Corporate Planning, Vehicle Process Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Production Operations, all manufacturing extended team, Industrial Engineering and Program Management teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    Participate in all pertinent product change meetings for CCDs and Bulletins

    Schedule meetings with the manufacturing extended team as needed, to communicate, gather data, etc. To be able to gather the impact from each area.

    Utilize the process tools and formats to manage the changes, their impact and funds required.

    Provide the impact data for each change to the Program MCE for approval and prepare responses to the Product Engineering team.

    In the formats stated above, track if the change was approved to request the proper funding.

    Prepare reports and presentations as required.

    Basic Qualifications

    Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field

    Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.

    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/data visualization tools, including experience developing dashboards, analyzing data, and preparing executive-level presentations and reports.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.

    Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    3+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing and product development

    Basic understanding of manufacturing operations, launch management processes, and production readiness requirements..

    Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to summarize complex information for leadership.

    Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and a data-driven approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.



    Location: Headquarters & Technology Center - Auburn Hills or Various Assembly Plants
