We are seeking Process Operators to support a batch-based manufacturing operation producing highly engineered materials. This is a hands‑on, process‑driven role where success comes from attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow structured procedures while managing multiple steps in a production cycle.In this role, you will operate and monitor a variety of equipment, collect and log process data, and ensure product quality throughout each stage of production. You will be expected to stay engaged with your process, perform regular checks, and respond to changes in real time to keep operations running efficiently. This is not a repetitive assembly role, it requires awareness, accountability, and the ability to think through the process.You will be working in an environment that combines controlled and non‑controlled conditions, with exposure to industrial equipment such as kilns, ovens, mixers, and mills. The operation values reliability, strong work habits, and individuals who are willing to learn and grow within a structured production setting.PayStarts at $22/hrShifts12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3 format)Fixed day or night shift (does not rotate between day/night)Typical hours: 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 5:30 PM – 6:00 AMResponsibilitiesProcess Operations – Operate and monitor batch-based production equipment including kilns, ovens, calciners, mixers, pumps, mills, and dryers; follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent outputData Logging & Process Checks – Perform hourly checks, record temperatures, pressures, and other key process metrics; maintain accurate and legible production logsMaterial Handling – Move materials through different stages of the process, including handling powders and slurries; support forklift-based movement of drums, totes, and bulk materials as neededSampling & Quality Support – Collect in-process samples and transfer them to quality/lab teams; ensure proper labeling and tracking throughout the processEquipment Monitoring – Stay actively engaged with assigned processes, identifying abnormalities and responding quickly to maintain safe and efficient operationHousekeeping & Organization – Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow all safety and operational standardsTeam Collaboration – Work closely with operators, supervisors, and support teams to ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent production flowRequiredExperience – Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environmentAttention to Detail – Ability to follow procedures closely and maintain accuracy in logging and process checksBasic Technical Skills – Ability to read instrumentation, follow written instructions, and perform basic math (addition, subtraction, weights/measurements)Computer Skills – Comfortable using basic computer systems for logging and reportingWork Ethic – Reliable, consistent attendance and ability to stay engaged in a structured production environmentPhysical Capability – Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and remain active throughout the shiftRequirements – Must pass drug screen and background check; must be a U.S. citizenPreferredForklift Experience – Prior forklift operation or certificationProcess Manufacturing – Experience in batch or process-driven environments (chemicals, materials, foundry, etc.)Industrial Equipment Exposure – Familiarity with ovens, kilns, mixers, mills, or similar equipmentCompetitive hourly wageHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement savings planPaid time off and holidaysStable, team-oriented manufacturing environment with training and growth opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
