Job Title: Manufacturing Process EngineerJob Description
This role focuses on designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and reliability. The Manufacturing Process Engineer applies structured problem-solving methods, implements process control systems, and uses data-driven analysis to optimize operations. Work Environment
This is an onsite role with a standard schedule of approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position is based in a manufacturing environment where the engineer works closely with production operations, equipment, and process data. Some travel to a Noblesville location is required during the first year to support process development, alignment, and collaboration with other teams. The work setting emphasizes hands-on engagement with manufacturing equipment, process control systems, and continuous improvement activities, providing an environment that supports professional growth and long-term career development.
