We have an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Process Engineer / Manufacturing Project Coordinator in Canton, GA.
This role is hands-on and focused on managing daily manufacturing operations, improving processes, and coordinating job execution across departments.
Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
- Experience with project coordination or job management in a production setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CAD, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including engineering specifications, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Proficient in writing routine reports and professional correspondence.
- Ability to effectively communicate in group settings, presenting project-related issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong written communication skills to write clear, concise work instructions.
- Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts, such as logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.
- Ability to perform complex calculations relevant to tasks like frequency distributions, variance analysis, and correlation techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collect data, define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Proficient in interpreting technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and handling multiple abstract and concrete variables.
