Duties of the Electronics Manufacturing Engineer Include:
- Create manufacturing processes for new products and uphold existing processes to ensure continued success.
- Provide root cause analysis and use various statistical methods to improve processes throughout the plant.
- Work closely with PTH and SMT operators to design tooling/processes to improve safety and efficiency.
- Improve material handling and inventory control throughout the plant.
- Provide technical support to plant staff with anything related to manufacturing.
Requirements for the Electronics Manufacturing Engineer include:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Previous experience with electronics manufacturing, particularly SMT and PTH equipment.
- Lean manufacturing and 5S experience a plus.
