    About the Company

    We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join its Finishing Department in Lancaster, PA.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead process and equipment reliability improvements to meet plant objectives
    • Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies

    • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term corrective solutions
    • Manage capital and expense projects from concept through execution

    • Partner with production and maintenance teams to solve complex operational challenges
    • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives

    • Introduce industry best practices and reliability technologies

    • Support budgeting, planning, and long-term operational strategies

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related technical field)
    • 3+ years of process engineering experience in a metals manufacturing environment
    • OR 5+ years of process engineering experience

    • Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar CAD software

    • Ability to work flexible hours as required

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 5–10+ years of engineering experience

    • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

    • Working knowledge of PLC systems

    • Experience with Casting, Rolling, or Finishing operations

    • Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems

    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.)

    • Proven project management experience

    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills

    • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
