Our client, a leader in high-volume manufacturing, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and support team efforts, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:Aurora, Colorado
Pay Range: $45-$50 Hourly
What's the Job?
- Own the execution of advanced loss analysis, including planned and unplanned losses, validating root causes, and driving resolution.
- Support design improvements with OEMs, develop URS, and manage the engineering change pipeline to enhance performance, safety, and reliability.
- Develop and refine analytical tools, dashboards, and data models to monitor performance and support root-cause investigations at the factory level.
- Contribute to factory-level improvement projects and support global productivity and NCI initiatives.
- Lead, facilitate, and build capabilities of relevant IM tools, ensuring standards of manufacturing processes are maintained and improved.
What's Needed?
- 3-5+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Ability to travel frequently and move throughout manufacturing facilities as required.
